Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing World Cup Passport (the “Game”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

No Affiliation / Trademarks

World Cup Passport is an unofficial, fan-made game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, any national football federation, club, league, or any player. All team names, nation names, player names, and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used here solely for identification, commentary, and entertainment purposes.

Use of the Game

The Game is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

  • use automated systems (bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access the Game or its data;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Game or its servers;
  • reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Game or its content for commercial purposes; or
  • use the Game in any way that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

The Game’s original design, code, graphics, and puzzle compilation are owned by us. Third-party names and information referenced in puzzles remain the property of their respective owners. You may share your daily results, including the emoji/score summaries the Game generates.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information (including puzzle answers) is accurate or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Game.

Changes to the Game & Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
